I made a few gift sets for my nieces and nephew to give to their teachers on the last day of school. Some of the cards I used, I made back in November and was hanging on to them for this project. I made a few extras as I wanted to have 6 in each box.

I used PTI’s Garden Variety II set as well as the Postmarks background set on these cards. I got the idea for these cards from Heather Nichols. She posted some photos in the PTI gallery and I used them for inspiration.
I also decorated some paperclips to add to the packages…
To make the large clips I cut a circle out of some decorative paper and adhered with some diamond glaze, when that was almost dry I added the letter sticker and then added a lot more diamond glaze to the top to get the nice clear finish. I let it dry for a few hours before packaging. For the smaller clips I just used some resin flowers I had on hand adhering with E6000. I put the paperclips in small glassine bags that I cut the tops off of. I also added a strip of the coordinating paper to it to dress it up. I packaged everything up in clear boxes using the same paper I used on the large paperclips for the band. The kraft layer was decorated using PTI’s Happy Trails set.
So, what do you think?
